Statuses

RN Practicing

means the individual is licensed to engage in the practice of nursing in NL as a Registered Nurse.

NP Practicing

means the individual is licensed in engage in the practice of nursing in NL as a Nurse Practitioner.

RPN Practicing

means the individual is licensed to engage in the practice of psychiatric nursing in NL as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse.

Interim

means the individual is licensed to practice for a limited period while completing certain registration requirements.

NP Interim

means the individual is licensed to practice, as an interim nurse practitioner, for a limited period while completing certain registration requirements.

Interim (II)

means the individual is licensed to practice for a limited period while completing certain registration requirements but who is restricted to practicing under supervision with an approved employer.

Non-Practicing

means the individual has discontinued the practice of nursing and is not permitted to practice in Newfoundland & Labrador.

Suspended

means the individual is not licensed and has been suspended by CRNNL Council pending a final determination by an Adjudication Tribunal in a disciplinary proceeding or order of an Adjudication Tribunal. For CRNNL Professional Conduct Review Decisions, click here

What this service includes:

Name, status, and admission date of members of the College. Members who have discontinued the practice of nursing but have chosen to obtain a non-practicing membership are also included.

What this service does not include:

Information for former members of the College.
